The Timemaster by Chelsea Clock Company has silent, high-precision quartz movements. Still specified by the U.S. military because it meets standards for vibration, temperature and humidity extremes, the Timemaster is available to the public only in limited quantities.

This model features a large 6" diameter white dial, 12/24 hour format, hinged front bezel, sweep second hand, and black phenolic case (7 9/16" dia. x 2 1/2"D). It can operate for up to 2 years on a single "AA" battery with great accuracy.
